Dr. Alex Saturday
Dr. Alex Saturday is an accomplished Environmental Scientist with a PhD in Environmental Sciences, focusing on aquatic ecosystems and water resources. He serves as a Lecturer and Researcher in the Department of Environmental Sciences at Kabale University in Uganda. Dr. Saturday employs an interdisciplinary and systems-based approach, integrating environmental science with a particular emphasis on water science and aquatic ecosystems. His expertise drives research to develop sustainable strategies for monitoring and restoring degraded freshwater ecosystems. He is committed to addressing urgent environmental challenges while exploring key scientific questions in water and freshwater ecosystems. Dr. Saturday seeks collaborations with fellow researchers and welcomes MSc and Ph.D. students interested in aquatic ecosystems and water resources.
