Kabale University wishes to inform all staff, students and stakeholders that the University will observe the Easter Holiday Break in accordance with the approved University Annual Schedule.
The University will officially close for the Easter break on Thursday, 2nd April 2026 at 5:00 PM and will resume normal operations on Tuesday, 7th April 2026 at 8:00 AM.
Staff are advised to take note of the following:
- Thursday, 2nd April 2026 and Tuesday, 7th April 2026 will be normal working days.
- During the holiday period, selected staff may be required to handle urgent and emergency matters where necessary.
- All emergencies should be reported to the Office of the University Secretary for appropriate guidance and handling.

Staff are encouraged to plan accordingly and ensure continuity of essential services where required.
