The Office of the University Secretary wishes to inform all staff, students and other stakeholders that in accordance with the University’s Annual Schedule, Kabale University will officially break off for the Easter Holiday on Thursday, 17th April 2025 at 5:00 PM, and will resume normal operations on Tuesday, 22nd April 2025 at 8:00 AM.
Please take note of the following:

Thursday, 17th April and Tuesday, 22nd April 2025 are normal working days.

During the break, some critical staff may be called upon to respond to matters of an emergency nature.

Any emergencies arising during the break period may be reported to the Office of the University Secretary for effective handling and guidance.
