You are welcome to the department of Hospitality Operations. Our academic programs in the department were designed to enhance and strengthen our students’ critical thinking and problem-solving skills so that they can address, meet, and adapt to the various needs of the hospitality industry. Students gain practical knowledge of the industry through diverse educational opportunities, educational field trips to surrounding businesses, and student internships.

We strive to develop our students into the next generation of ethical, competent, and responsible managers, business leaders, and entrepreneurs who will provide innovative solutions to business challenges and cultivate a strong creativity and innovative culture relevant to the needs of business and society.

The hospitality industry is both exciting and rewarding. Our program curriculum integrates fundamental and current principles of hospitality management taught by academic leaders in the field with a sound foundation in culinary arts, business, and operations management.

Through promoting re-skilling, up-skilling, and deep-skilling, members of the Hospitality Operations department, both staff and students, will continue to stay relevant and future-ready.

If you are seeking a competence-based education that will prepare you to thrive in today’s rapidly changing and fast-paced business landscape, there is no better place than the Department of Hospitality Operations. I invite you to join us on this exciting journey ahead.
