Dr. Caroline Masiko Murezi, is a Lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Management Sciences, Department of Business Studies at Kabale University. She Holds a PhD in Business Studies (Entrepreneurship and Innovation), a Masters Degree in Business Studies (Accounting and Finance) and Bachelors Degree in Business Studies (Accounting and Finance).
She is an entrepreneur by orientation and by training, a seasoned Lecturer at University level, and has vast experience in Accounting for Microfinance Institutions. Her research interest focuses on Women entrepreneurial approaches that enhance their visibility as agents of development and decision making at both community and household level.

- Focus on Youth in relation to their educational experiences, the challenges they face in accessing meaningful employment. Keen on exploring gaps between education systems and labor market demands, as well as policies and interventions that can enhance youth employability, skills development, and sustainable livelihoods.
