Dr. Patience Akampurira

Akampurira Patience holds an interdisciplinary PhD in Historical Humanities and Humanistic Social Sciences with specialization in History from Makerere University, a Master of Arts in History from Makerere University. She has a Bachelor of Art co-current with a Diploma in Education (History/CRE) from Uganda Christian University. Dr. Akampurira has over twenty (20) years working experience in teaching at Higher Institutions of Learning, Leadership, Research, Project Planning and Management. With research interests in the Politics of Local Governance and African Development, Public Sector Reforms, Political Parties, Gender Studies, Ethnicity and Cultural Studies, Dr Akampurira has significantly contributed to the body of knowledge through research and publication.
