Dr. Omare is an early scholar and researcher with extensive training and experience in educational psychology. He has many years of teaching and training at several tiers of learning institutions. He has worked as a high school teacher, teacher trainer and  lecturer in educational psychology in many universities. Besides, he is a trained mentor and counsellor and psychometrician serving in several institutions. He has conducted research and supervised post graduate students, authored and coauthored many publications including articles and book chapters in peer refereed journals including Springer publishers. In additional, he has attracted funding from National Research Fund. His areas areas of interest include; research methods, learning, positive psychology, tests and measurement, developmental and cognitive psychology among others. He has passionate in serving humanity with dedication and dignity  towards societal transformation.
