Dr. Barigye Godfrey holds a PhD in Interdisciplinary Studies of Mbarara University of Science and Technology-Uganda (MUST). He is a Senior Lecturer in Governance Studies at Kabale University both at Under- Graduate and Postgraduate levels. He has a vast experience in teaching pedagogy (measurement and assessment). He has coordinated examinations, prepared Proposal and Viva Voce defenses for postgraduates. He is a Council Member for the University of Saint Joseph Mbarara, Uganda. He is a versatile Researcher, Consultant and Director of BAN Consults-Uganda and GAM Consults-Rwanda.
He has a number of publications and his areas of specialization include: Community Development and Peace Building, Public Administration and Management, Project Planning and Management, Ethology and Public Administration, Project Proposal Writing, Monitoring and Evaluation.
