Abstract

Please find attached the presentation made during the Grant Holders’ conference on Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education held on the 6th and 7th of February 2024. It was our joint presentation that focused on the key success factors and considerations for the execution of a consortium-based projects. In this presentation, we discuss not only the challenges, but also key lessons learned in the process of implementing consortium-based higher education projects in sub-Saharan Africa.
