Kabale University informs students and the University community that the Second Provisional Graduation List for the 11th Graduation Ceremony has been released.
The updated list contains prospective graduands from various Faculties, Schools and Institutes across different academic programmes. The 11th Graduation Ceremony is scheduled for Friday, 30th October 2026, at the KAB Main Campus, Kikungiri Hill, Kabale Municipality.
This is NOT the Final Graduation List. The University will continue updating the provisional list as the necessary academic and administrative processes are completed. Students whose names do not appear on this second provisional list are therefore advised to regularly check for subsequent official updates.
Prospective graduands whose names appear on the list are reminded that inclusion on the Second Provisional Graduation List does not automatically guarantee inclusion on the Final Graduation List. Students must complete all the necessary academic and administrative requirements, including clearance with the relevant University offices, to qualify for inclusion on the Final Graduation List.
Following the recent communication from the Office of the Academic Registrar, the graduation clearance deadline has been extended to Saturday, 17th October 2026. All prospective graduands who have not yet completed the clearance process are strongly encouraged to do so within the stipulated period.
Students are further advised to carefully verify their names, registration numbers, academic programmes and other personal details as presented in the provisional list. Any discrepancies should be brought to the attention of the relevant University offices through the established procedures.
