Examination Schedule
The end-of-semester examinations will take place as follows:

Examination Guidelines and Regulations
To ensure proper conduct during examinations, all students are advised to review the Sections 7.0–7.6 of the Academic Policy and Examination Regulations . These sections outline important information regarding examination procedures, acceptable conduct and penalties for any form of malpractice.
The relevant sections have been attached to this notice for ease of reference. Students are encouraged to download and read these guidelines carefully to familiarize themselves with the University’s expectations during the examination period.
Reminder on Examination Malpractice
During the December 2024 examinations, several cases of malpractice were reported. Disciplinary actions taken included:

Cancellation of entire semester results

Dismissal from the University
Please note that cancellation of semester results means repeating the entire semester, retaking all affected courses, and paying full tuition fees again. These consequences are severe and can be avoided through personal responsibility and academic discipline.
