The Office of the Academic Registrar wishes to inform all prospective graduands that the clearance for the 9th Graduation Ceremony has officially ended as of 19th October 2024.
Graduands who did not complete the clearance process by the previously communicated deadline will not be eligible to participate in the upcoming graduation ceremony scheduled for 25th October 2024. Those affected will have to wait for the next graduation ceremony in October 2025.
