Kabale University, through the Office of the University Secretary, hereby publishes the official Notice of Best Evaluated Bidders for the recently concluded prequalification exercise.
This notice outlines the firms that have been successfully evaluated and prequalified to provide various services to the University for the specified period. The evaluation was conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets (PPDA) guidelines.
The list of best evaluated bidders covers a wide range of service categories including works, consultancy services, supply of goods and specialized services, as detailed in the attached document .
All successful bidders will be formally notified, and official letters will be issued within ten (10) working days from the date of this notice.
