The Kabale University Convocation has issued an urgent call to all University staff and alumni to provide their updated information for inclusion in the official Kabale University Convocation Database.
According to the Convocation Executive Committee, this initiative seeks to modernize and strengthen the Convocation’s records to foster a more connected, informed, and vibrant university community. The Convocation, as established under Section 70 of the Universities and Other Tertiary Institutions Act (Cap. 262), comprises all alumni and current members of staff of Kabale University.
Updating the Convocation database will help the University to:
- Facilitate better communication regarding university developments, events and opportunities.
- Strengthen the alumni network for mentorship, career growth and professional collaboration.
- Enhance engagement and participation in Convocation and University activities.
- Ensure staff and alumni receive timely and relevant information from the University.
