Kabale University invites reputable and eligible firms to submit applications for Short Listing (Pre-Qualification) for the provision of Works, Services and Supplies for the financial years 2026/2027, 2027/2028 and 2028/2029. Pre-qualified providers will be considered for procurement opportunities within the contract period.
The short listing process covers a range of categories including, but not limited to:
Categories of Procurement
- Supplies, including medical and laboratory equipment, ICT equipment and software, stationery, audiovisual tools and related items
- Services, including consultancy, advertising, printing, repair and maintenance, fumigation, exhibitions, software licensing, cybersecurity, photography, cleaning services, and more
- Works, including general construction, maintenance and renovation of buildings, road works and CCTV installation projects

Submission Details
Applications must be enclosed, sealed and clearly marked “Short Listing Documents for the provision of Works, Services or Supplies to Kabale University” and delivered to:

P.O. Box 317, Kabale Uganda
Deadline for submission: 19th December 2025 at 11:00am
Opening of applications will be conducted on the same day at 12:00 noon, in the presence of applicants who may wish to attend.
Only eligible, compliant and properly documented applications will be evaluated further.
Important Note:
Failure to meet eligibility and documentation requirements will lead to automatic disqualification.
