The Chancellor, Hon Mathew Rukikaire, has appointed Associate Professor Helen Musanabera Byamugisha as Deputy Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration. Associate Professor Byamugisha joins the University’s management with extensive administrative and institutional governance experience in higher education. Kabale University will benefit from her administrative counsel to ensure that the University achieves its mission and vision.
