Assistant Lecturer-Mathematics

Catherine Ashabahebwa is an Assistant Lecturer in the department of Mathematics, faculty of Science since Nov, 2020; she is involved in teaching undergraduate courses, setting examinations, marking exams, and advising students in socio academic aspects. Prior to joining Kabale University, Catherine Ashabahebwa served as a classroom teacher specializing in Mathematics and Physics in many secondary schools which include Bubaare secondary school Jun,2019 to Nov, 2020 (Rubanda, Uganda), Buranga secondary school 2015 to Jun, 2019 (Kabale, Uganda), Ndorwa secondary school 2013 (Kabale, uganda), Trinity college kabale, 2012 (Kabale, Uganda) and Katoojo Vocational Secondary school, 2011 (Mbarara, Uganda).  At Kabale University, Catherine Ashabahebwa teaches undergraduate courses which include, differential equations, Number Theory, Numerical Analysis, Elements of Probability and Statistics, Vector Calculus among others.
