Nyesigire Jolly Kakkayi

Jolly Kakkayi Nyesigire is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Business Studies at Kabale University. Currently, Jolly is a Ph.D. student  at Kabale University.  Her research is focused on exploring how talent management practices affect employee performance in public universities in Uganda. She is also a CPA candidate at the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Accounting and Finance), a Post Graduate Diploma in Human resource management, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration. She has had diverse experience in auditing, having previously worked at Kabale University as an Internal Auditor for seven years. Jolly enjoys sharing knowledge and experiences  in auditing and Taxation management, in addition to human resource management with students and colleagues.
