The Office of the Academic Registrar wishes to inform all prospective graduands of Kabale University that the deadline for completing graduation clearance ahead of the 11th Graduation Ceremony has been extended to Saturday, 17th October 2026.
This extension provides an additional opportunity for prospective graduands who have not yet completed the clearance process to fulfil the necessary requirements with the relevant University offices.
All prospective graduands who are yet to complete their clearance are strongly advised to take advantage of this extension and clear without fail by the revised deadline.
The University further emphasizes that prospective graduands who fail to meet the extended clearance deadline will miss the 11th Graduation Ceremony, scheduled for Friday, 30th October 2026.
