Joan is an efficient, a reliable, and action-oriented graduate with a Bachelor’s degree of Social work from Kabale
University, Uganda. She has strong interpersonal and good communication skills with the ambition of
broadening her knowledge and skills. She’s cooperative, social, hardworking, enthusiastic, innovative, trustworthy, flexible team player with a confident and pleasant personality, advanced skills, expertise, extensive trainings and many years of experience of working with people. She also has excellent ability to supervise, manage and motivate students.
She currently works at Kabale University as a Teaching Assistant in the department of Social Work, faculty of Arts and Social Sciences.
Joan is an experienced personnel , an advocate for persons with disabilities who worked as Asst Project coordinator (Our Little Tribe Uganda), Secretary(Kabale district Union for persons with disabilities-NUDIPU, Uganda), a membership chair for Rotaract Club of Kabale Community.
She is passionate about social work, research and community service.
