Our academic programs in the department were designed to enhance and strengthen our students’ critical thinking and problem-solving skills so that they can address, meet, and adapt to the various needs of the hospitality industry. Students gain practical knowledge of the industry through diverse educational opportunities, educational field trips to surrounding businesses, and student internships.
