Victoria Lindo Ndagire

Ms. Victoria Ndagire Lindo is an accomplished academic administrator with a Master of Arts in International Relations and Diplomatic Studies from Makerere University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Uganda Christian University. Her diverse qualifications include certifications in Applied Computer Applications, Effective Customer Service, and Open Distance Learning, showcasing her expertise in communication, technology, and professional service delivery.

Leveraging her academic and professional training, Ms. Ndagire ensures the seamless operation of the Office of the Vice Chancellor. She oversees office monitoring, organizes travel itineraries, and coordinates local and international events. She manages schedules, prepares briefs and speeches, takes meeting minutes, organizes records, and compiles data, ensuring administrative excellence and effective communication.
