Uwimana Annah Besigye

Assistant Lecturer

Uwimana Annah Besigye is an assistant lecturer at Kabale University, working in the department of social work and social administration specialized in counseling psychology. Also, she is a Director of a community organization skilled in counseling families, group and individuals pertaining psychosocial issues, career guidance and marital counseling.  Previously she chaired a church partnership committee in child development project in the diocese of Kigezi.

Uwimana Annah Besigye has over 20 years of experience of working with communities in different settings including refugees and local community in areas of guidance and counseling, mentoring, teaching and training. Annah enjoys working, teaching, serving, learning and traveling; with passion to see people living and exercising their full potentials to live fulfilled lives.

I am highly competent, self-motivated and hard working with good communication skills, bold and enterprising with a wide range of practical skills, seeking challenging career opportunities.
