Emmanuel Twinamasiko is an experienced passionate librarian with bachelor of Library and information science from Uganda Christian University with specialization in Digital library services. He is currently the team Leader at KABSOM resource room and working as champion for Better Evidence at Kabale University.Emmanuel is also serving on the executive for Uganda library and information Association(ULIA) as the representative for Western Region.
