Records and Information management specialist with 20 years’ experience in creating managing, and preserving of records and information including developing management systems for efficient utilization of records. This includes:
Building and Managing a Human Resource Information System for the management of staff in Kabale district Local Government with the support of USAID
Creation and putting in place a fully functional Kigezi Regional Archives that has attracted scholars, researchers’ administrators and Historians to do their research. The catalogue can be accessed online
I was part of the National team that formulated The National File classification procedure manual and Basic Routine Registry procedures in the year 2000 Reproduced by Ministry of local government in 2008
Organizing the Uganda Prisons Archives that enabled the accession of Records and Information for management decision making. This was done in the time period of1996 to 1999.
Management of The Uganda Prisons Registry from 1999 to 2007 this period; all administration activities were fully supported through proper Records management systems in place.

- On 15th April 2011, I attended and participated in the workshop on “Archives in Uganda” at Makerere Institute for social Research (MISR). During this workshop I presented a paper on the “impact of proper Records Management in Uganda a case study of Kabale District Archive as a resource” to the workshop participants.
