Assistant Lecturer - Industrial Chemistry

Solomon Ssemugooma is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Chemistry at Kabale University with professional experience in organic synthesis, natural product chemistry and forensic science.

Solomon has contributed to pharmaceutical quality control, forensic science, food and drug quality verification, having previously served as a volunteer forensic chemist at the Government Analytical laboratory (GAL), Ministry of Internal Affairs. He also worked as a synthetic Organic Chemist at the Laboratory of Catalysis and Synthesis in Organic Chemistry (LCSCO), Abou Bekr Belkaid University of Tlemcen, Algeria, where he specialised in organic synthesis and natural product chemistry.
