Shaman Arinda
He is a Ugandan who hails from the South Western region of the country. He is a Quantitative Economist by profession. He holds a Master of Science degree in Quantitative Economics of Makerere University and a bachelors degree in the same field of Gulu University. He also holds a Postgraduate diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation of Uganda Management Institute.
He is currently working as an Assistant Lecturer at Kabale University. He previously worked with Impact Associates Ltd (Kampala) as a Projects Manager where he attained over five years of experience in the field of consultancy in different fields such as; monitoring and evaluation; project planning and management; budgeting; proposal and business plan writing; training and capacity building among others.
