Niyonsaba Innocent is a Professional Librarian with over 10 years of experience in managing library electronic resources: access and usage of subscribed databases, Open access databases, OPAC , E-library systems and research support tools: Reference management software’s, Plagiarism test tools,Paraphrasing tools and Smart citation analysis tools and served as a teaching assistant in the department of Library And Information Science for over a period of 6 years
He is a God fearing self-driven professional with the ability of managing library resources in a the changing library trends. A good team builder, effective at performing all designed activities and providing guidance and support to staffs and students.
