Michael Mutebi

Systems Administrator

Michael Mutebi is a versatile and experienced IT professional with more than 7 years of experience working to support teaching, learning and research at the university level.

He has advanced knowledge and experience working with university support systems in eLearning and the library. He is an advanced PHP developer and has a deep understanding of the SQL language. He has developed a number of systems at Uganda Martyrs University and Kabale University, and these are currently in production, some for more than 6 years. He also has advanced knowledge in Linux system administration and system programming with Bash Script.

He is currently the chairperson for the ICT committee for the Consortium of Uganda University Libraries.

Qualifications

-2012-Bachelor Science in Computer Science 2nd Lower.

-2008- CCNA & IT Certificates MAK.
