Medad Kiconco holds a Master of Arts in Educational Management of Kabale University, Bachelor of Arts Music of Makerere University, a Diploma in Education Secondary Music of Institute of Teacher Education Kyambogo (Kyambogo University), and a UNESCO/KOICA fellow for Basic Education in Africa and Asia Pacific, Seoul and Seongnam South Korea. His career path for the last 20 years has taken him through a trajectory of Education Management in institutions of higher learning and teaching in secondary schools where he immensely contributed in teaching, evaluation, Guidance and counseling and developing the Academic Management System for National Teachers Colleges. He has been a dependable Dean of students and Assistant Academic Registrar at National Teachers College Kabale for the last 11 years and was at the helm of organizing and implementing College events and initiatives.
Medad has accumulated experience in team building, coaching and crisis intervention, he is personable and a professional with knowledge of educational and administration programs. He is an accomplished educator,music composer, conductor and performer with proven background meeting and exceeding operational objective, an enthusiastic individual, self-motivated, meticulous and capable of working under minimum supervision.
