Jasper Atukwase is a Teaching Assistant in the Department of Procurement and Logistics Management under the Faculty of Economics and management Sciences at Kabale University.
He holds a Master’s Degree of Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and Logistics Management from Kabale University. He is also a graduate member of the Institute of Procurement Professionals of Uganda (IPPU)
He is passionate about Public Procurement Management, Logistics and supply chain management.
