Introduction: Tumukunde is an assistant ICT officer with a passion for creating a computer literate environment. Throughout his life, he has embarked on a journey of self-discovery, personal growth, and the pursuit of his dreams. Early Life: He was born and raised in Kabale, where he spent his formative years surrounded by a big family of 10 by his parents Late Korinako Athanasius and Late Mbabazi Gorrete . It was during this time that he developed a deep curiosity and love for football and computer Knowledge.

Passions and Interests: Outside of his professional life, he is passionate about games and sports especially football and volleyball. Football has made him standout as a favorite for many in different communities; different institutions as well as in his home village. He was able to represent Kigezi Region at some point in the FUFA DRUM.

Achievements and Milestones: Over the years, he has achieved several significant milestones, including best employee awards from two different organizations and also one gold and one silver medals in football at the secondary school level. These experiences have taught him the importance of being humble, active, transparent and being a strong team builder for success.

Philosophy and Values: He believes in remaining physically fit to perform his duties, compassion, respect, gratitude, adventure and independence, which have guided him through life’s challenges and triumphs.

Personal Growth and Challenges: Like everyone, he has faced his share of challenges. These obstacles have helped him grow, learn resilience, and develop a deeper appreciation for patience and hard work.

Future Aspirations: Looking ahead, he aspires to become a professor in ICT. He is excited about the possibilities that lie ahead and he is committed to engage the community wherever he may be.
