Mr. Katwereebere Festus is an experienced procurement, logistics, and inventory management professional with over 14 years of progressive experience in public institutions and the private sector. He currently serves as an Assistant Inventory Management Officer at Kabale University, where he is responsible for inventory control, asset management, procurement support, record management, and stock monitoring.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Logistics Management and is a Master of Business Administration (Procurement Option) candidate at Kabale University. and a diploma, various certificates relating to his profession. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated strong competencies in supply chain management, procurement processes, asset lifecycle management, regulatory compliance, and institutional resource stewardship.
Mr. Katwereebere has served in various capacities at Kabale University, Rukiga District Local Government, Excel Insurance Company Limited, and Hornby High School, contributing significantly to efficient resource utilization, accountability, and operational effectiveness. His commitment to professionalism, transparency, and continuous improvement has enabled him to support institutional growth and service delivery through effective inventory and procurement management.
