Joseph is a senior Lecturer of Agricultural Extension and a holder of a PhD in Drylands Resources Management from the University of Nairobi. He is involved in research on the Production and Management of Fragile Ecosystems in Eastern Africa. His training and research has focused on extending models and innovations that encourage uptake of innovations to conserve endangered ecological resources and climate change adaptation.
