Dr. Nyanzi Daniel is a lecturer and acting Head of  the otolaryngology – head and neck Surgery Department of Kabale University. He is a holder of Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (MUST), Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MUST), Master of Medicine in Ear, Nose and Throat Surgery (MUST). He is a member of Young Otolaryngologists of the International Federation of Oto-rhino-laryngological Societies (YO-IFOS).

He is also a reviewer for the journal of African Health Sciences and an internal examiner for the department of Public Health of Kabale University. He has interest in prevention and treatment of common ear, nose and throat conditions. Currently focusing on developing a research career in preventable ear disease and hearing impairment at community level.
