Atuha is an enthusiastic and adaptable librarian at Kabale University with a keen interest in emerging library technologies and digital resource management. He is a hands-on professional who is deeply involved in the technical aspects of managing and organizing digital collections, ensuring that scholarly materials are easily discoverable and accessible to students and staff. He is currently the Head of Information and Communication Technology Services Department in the University Library.

In addition to his technical work, Atuha is a strong advocate for user education, providing training sessions on accessing electronic resources and effectively using reference management tools like Zotero, EndNote, and Mendeley. With a background in library and information science and a passion for technology, Atuha is dedicated to making library services more accessible and efficient by leveraging the latest tools and platforms.
