End of Semester Two 2019/2020 Examinations Timetable

Conduct of Semester Two, 2019/2020 Examinations, 27th November – 11th December 2020

As you are all aware that the above exams are to be done during the period indicated above, I wish to bring your attention to the following:

• The 1^st and 2^nd draft Timetable have been displayed on the noticeboards. The final copy will be pinned up on Wednesday 25^th November 2020.
• The Timetable indicates the Date, Time and Venue. Study it carefully. By this time, we expect all queries to have been brought to the attention of the examination office.
• Note that the lecturer for a particular course is the first invigilator of his/ her particular examination as resolved by Management and Senate.
• Submission of examinations deadline was Tuesday 17^th November 2020
• Due to COVID-19 pandemic, you are all advised to strictly observe the SOPs;
  • Wash your hands
  • Put on your face mask properly and all the time in the examination room.
  • Have your body temperature checked.
  • Carry a personal sanitizer with you and make sure you sanitize before and after touching surfaces e.g. chairs, desks, tables, papers and other materials.
  • Keep physical distance. Respect the sitting arrangement (Note indicating “Do not Sit”)
  • Do not crowd at the entrance of the examination room while being checked to enter. Keep the recommended distance of 2 metres
