It is with deep sorrow that I learned of the passing of Professor George Kanyeihamba, who served with distinction as Chancellor and Chairman of the Board of Trustees during the formative stages of the University as a private institution.
Prof. Kanyeihamba was a pillar in the establishment and early development of Kabale University, and his visionary leadership played a critical role in shaping its foundations. His legacy will remain an integral part of our history.
We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, and all who were touched by his life and service.
