Kabale University will commence its end-of-semester examinations on 29th November 2024. The detailed examination timetable will be shared shortly.
In preparation for these examinations, students are reminded to review Section 7.0-7.6 of the Academic Policy and Examination Regulations (January 2024), which outline essential guidelines and procedures for examinations. For your convenience, this section has been appended to the circular attached.
The purpose of this announcement is to:
- Confirm the examination start date.
- Encourage students to prepare adequately to avoid any involvement in examination malpractice. In the previous semester (May-June 2024), several students faced disciplinary actions for examination misconduct, including cancellation of results and, in some cases, dismissal from the university. Such actions result in the need to retake courses, repeat the semester and repay associated fees.
To avoid these consequences, all students are strongly advised to prepare thoroughly and adhere to examination regulations.
