The Office of the Academic Registrar hereby informs all staff and students that, following guidance from the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Education and Sports regarding the postponement of the re-opening of educational institutions, Kabale University has revised the reporting and commencement dates for Semester II of the 2025/2026 Academic Year.
Students are now required to report to the University on Saturday, 14th February 2026. Teaching and learning activities will officially commence on Monday, 16th February 2026.
All members of the University community are advised to take note of these revised dates and make appropriate arrangements in preparation for the new semester.
Kabale University remains committed to ensuring an orderly and conducive academic environment for all its stakeholders.
