As Kabale University prepares to commence the End-of-Semester Two Examinations for the Academic Year 2024/2025, all students are reminded to clear any outstanding tuition and functional fees in accordance with the University’s (2023).
Key Reminders:

Only students who have fully cleared their fees shall be allowed to sit for examinations.

This is in line with Sections 3.2 (Fees Payment Guidelines), 7.1 (Eligibility to Sit for Examinations), and 7.2 (Entry into an Examination Venue) of the Academic Policy and Examination Regulations.

No student with fee balances will be allowed in the examination rooms unless they have obtained special authorization from the University Secretary.

Any student found to have sat for examinations without clearance or using forged documentation will face disciplinary action.
Students and staff are encouraged to observe these regulations to ensure the smooth running of the examination process and uphold the integrity of Kabale University.
