The Academic Registrar of Kabale University wishes to remind all prospective graduands that the deadline for clearing for the 9th Graduation Ceremony, scheduled for 25th October 2024, is Tuesday, 15th October 2024.
Please ensure that you complete the clearance process with the relevant offices as outlined below:
- Collect a clearance form from the Custodian’s office and clear with that office.
- Clear with the University Library.
- Clear with the Dean of Students.
- Clear with your respective Faculty.
- Clear with the Bursar’s office and obtain a financial statement.
- Clear with the Academic Registrar’s office, which includes:
- Admissions/Registration Office
- Examinations Office
- System Administrator’s Office (ensure transcript draft proof-reading).
Graduands are encouraged to meet this deadline to avoid any inconveniences.
