The Office of the Academic Registrar informs all undergraduate students and academic staff that the final updated examination timetable with complete room allocations up to the end of the End of Semester I, 2025/2026 examination period has been officially released as of 10th December 2025.
This latest update consolidates all remaining adjustments to examination venues and ensures that all courses scheduled through to the final examination date are fully catered for with confirmed rooms across all campuses. Students and academic units are therefore advised to review this version carefully and strictly adhere to the indicated venues.
Students and staff are strongly encouraged to rely only on official University communication platforms for accurate and up to date examination information by:
- Visiting the Kabale University Website Noticeboard
- Following the official Kabale University social media platforms
- Consulting the Office of the Academic Registrar where clarification is required
