To: Prospective Graduands Who Have Not Cleared With Respective Offices
We are pleased to inform you that the deadline for clearing with the respective offices has been extended to Thursday, 20th June 2024, at 5:00 p.m.
This extension provides an opportunity for all prospective graduands who have not yet completed the necessary clearance procedures to do so without fail. Please take advantage of this extension to ensure your eligibility for the upcoming graduation ceremony.
Important: Those who do not meet the new deadline will be unable to participate in the graduation ceremony scheduled for Friday, 28th June 2024.
We urge all affected students to complete their clearance promptly to avoid any inconvenience.
