The University having completed all the required technical and operational processes is embarking on completing the semester which was cut short due to the Covid-19 pandemic. At its meeting held on Monday 30th November, 2020 the Deans Committee on behalf of Senate approved the calendar for completion of Semester Two 2019/2020 for continuing students as indicated in this circular.
Please note that teaching will be online and practical subjects like medicine, Engineering will have some blended face to face as shall be communicated in due course. You are therefore required to register on the e-learning system of the University for all courses for the last semester. Note that we shall use BigBlueButton for our online classes which is already integrated within our e-learning platform. Ensure you have the latest browsers (Mozilla, Google Chrome, Edge, Safari) on your phones, Tablets, IPad and laptops. Ensure you also have other applications like Zoom and Google Meet will also be utilized during some training sessions.
Please note that regular communication on the progress will be communicated from time to time. The programme shall be as follows:-

Note further that there will be a break due to the General Elections and during this period, students will engage in online activities as shall be uploaded on the e-learning system.
Please take note that this a continuation of the semester and students are required to clear fees balances (if any).
