Kabale University Strategic Plan III 2025/2026-2029/2030
Kabale University presents its Strategic Plan III for the period 2025/2026–2029/2030, which provides a five-year roadmap for the University’s continued growth, transformation and contribution to national and regional development.
Developed under the theme “Positioning Kabale University as a Hub of Choice for Inclusive Education and Innovation,” the Strategic Plan sets out the University’s vision, mission, strategic objectives and priority interventions for strengthening academic excellence, research and innovation, institutional capacity and sustainability.
The Plan focuses on six key strategic areas: Academic Excellence; Research, Innovation, Technology and Knowledge Transfer; Infrastructure Development and Facilities; Governance, Leadership and Entity Development; Human Resource Development and Staffing; and Financial Sustainability and Resource Mobilization.
It also outlines the financing, implementation, monitoring and evaluation mechanisms that will guide the University towards achieving its strategic priorities and strengthening its contribution to teaching and learning, research, innovation and community engagement.
