Orientation Programme Schedule for Newly Admitted Students, Academic Year 2026/2027

The Office of the Academic Registrar, Kabale University, wishes to inform all newly admitted students for the 2026/2027 Academic Year that the official Orientation Programme has been scheduled to facilitate a smooth transition into university life. The programme is designed to introduce students to the University’s academic environment, student support services, digital platforms, policies and campus life.

The orientation programme will commence with the reception of new students, followed by reporting, verification and registration, faculty-based orientation sessions, training in University digital systems, postgraduate orientation and a General Orientation presided over by the University Management. Students will also receive guidance on the use of University email accounts, website navigation, the Academic Information Management System (AIMS), E-Learning platforms, communication channels, as well as other essential student services.
