Kabale University, through the Office of the Academic Registrar, hereby releases the Draft II Examination Timetables for the End of Semester II, Academic Year 2025/2026 for both Undergraduate and Postgraduate Programmes.
The examination period is scheduled to run from Friday, 29th May 2026 to June 2026, covering a wide range of academic programmes across faculties for both undergraduate and postgraduate students.
This second draft incorporates adjustments and updates made following feedback received on the first draft. All students and staff are therefore advised to carefully review the attached timetables to confirm examination dates, times, venues and any changes affecting their respective courses and programmes.
This remains a working examination timetable. Any further discrepancies, clashes, omissions, or concerns should be formally communicated to the Examinations Office under the Office of the Academic Registrar for review and appropriate action.
Students are strongly encouraged to plan accordingly and ensure full compliance with all examination guidelines and university regulations.
