The Office of the Academic Registrar wishes to inform all graduands that the distribution of Invitation Cards, Tags and Car Stickers for the 10th Graduation Ceremony will take place on Wednesday, 29th October 2025, starting at 10:00 a.m.
The distribution will be conducted from the tents behind the Main Administration Block at Kabale University.
Students who come to pick up these items must present a valid form of identification, such as a University Identity Card, before collection.
All graduands are advised to come in person and collect their respective items in preparation for the 10th Graduation Ceremony, scheduled for Friday, 31st October 2025.
