Kabale University wishes to inform all prospective graduands that the deadline for clearance with the relevant offices has been extended to Wednesday, 22nd October 2025 at 5:00 p.m.
All students who have not yet completed their clearance are advised to take advantage of this extension and ensure that they finalize all necessary procedures before the stated deadline.
Please note that failure to clear by the new deadline will result in exclusion from the graduation ceremony scheduled to take place on Friday, 31st October 2025.
